VouchPost ("we", "us", "our") operates the vouchpost.com website and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email address and password hash when you sign up.
• Testimonial content: text, author names, ratings, and optional video uploads submitted through collection forms.
• Usage data: page views, widget impressions, and feature usage via PostHog analytics.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the VouchPost service.
• Display testimonials in widgets you configure.
• Send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing).
• Detect and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, and video streaming.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• PostHog: product analytics (EU-hosted).
• Sentry: error monitoring.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.

Embedded Widgets

When a VouchPost widget loads on a third-party site (including Shopify stores), it fetches testimonial data from our API. We log the widget impression but do not set cookies or track end users across sites.

Data Retention

Account and testimonial data is retained while your account is active. You can delete testimonials at any time. If you delete your account, we remove all associated data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@vouchpost.com.
