Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using VouchPost ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

VouchPost lets you collect, manage, and display customer testimonials on your website through embeddable widgets. We provide a web dashboard, API, and integrations (including Shopify theme extensions).

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or entity per account unless on a team plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or defamatory testimonials.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all testimonials and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content as part of widget embeds.

Payment & Billing

• Free plans have usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Availability & Liability

We strive for high uptime but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
